Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
Provide exceptional guest service to bar guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
Upsell and recommend drink specials, menu items, and promotions.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Assist with opening and closing the bar as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
