Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Prior bartending or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Flexible scheduling availability including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow recipes/standards.
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to bar and restaurant guests.
• Make drinks according to Applebee's recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Communicate with servers, kitchen team members, and managers.
