Dave & Buster's and Main Event are hiring in Palm Springs to deliver an unparalleled guest experience with fast, friendly service in a lively bar/restaurant environment. You’ll learn and follow bar recipes, take accurate orders, handle Micros transactions, and support opening/closing duties while staying mindful of customer satisfaction.

We value communication in English, a neat appearance, and at least 21 years of age.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Dressed in proper dress code, neat and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service and attentive to guests' needs.
• Operate Micros POS and handle credit card transactions accurately.
• Keep station clean and set up/teardown at shift start/end.
• Assist in party setup and breakdown as needed.
• Drive sales and promote the brand through incentives and contests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery and managing drink levels.
