Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking an experienced Bartender for our California location. You will warmly greet guests, craft cocktails, and provide attentive service in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, and excellent communication skills to enhance guest satisfaction and teamwork. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• 12+ months bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience with cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming bar experience.
• Engage guests with friendly conversation while providing attentive service.
• Take and enter orders using a POS system and follow recipes for consistency.
• Prepare cocktails and garnish drinks to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain bar setup, restock, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
