Job summary

Genghis Grill is seeking a bartender to provide timely, friendly guest service, and to quickly prepare beverages according to recipes for both bar and to-go guests. The environment is fast-paced and focused on hospitality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, handling payments, stocking supplies, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. Availability on weekends and holidays is expected, with knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and drink recipes.
• Must follow cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift.
• Takes orders from guests and processes payments.
• Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains bar stocked and clean.
• Follows sanitation and safety policies.
• Adheres to all policies and completes opening/closing duties.
• Assists guests at bar top and with to-go orders.
• Keeps state and local food and alcohol certifications current.
