Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a bartender to join our fast-paced team. You will craft cocktails and serve guests at the bar, creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Stay informed on menu offerings, take orders, present the bill, and maintain an inviting bar area. Must be 21+, have 1–2 years of bartending experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of bartending experience.
• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons.
• Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to requests about menus and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with IRS standards.
