• Knowledge of state liquor laws including ID procedures and intervention/shutoff procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fills drink orders per the Beverage department's recipes and standards.
• Uses point of sale terminal and completes other cashiering functions.
• Adheres to state liquor laws for identification, intoxication monitoring, and service refusal.
• Upsells products and uses endorsements at service opportunities.
• Sets-up and breaks down assigned bar per policies and procedures.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in assigned areas.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintains proper par levels of beverage products, supplies and glasses.
• Maintains garnishes, glassware and bar cleanliness.
• Communicates inventory and maintenance needs to management.
