Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred.
Experience as a bartender preferred.
Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
Strong task and management abilities.
Record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions.
Check identification to ensure legal age to purchase/alcohol and gamble.
Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance experience and meet sales goals.
Be the master of the bar, promote a well-run shift with proper preparation.
Select ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guests.
Utilize proper equipment and ingredients.
Maintain par levels of stock and supplies.
Keep a clean work area and manage cash handling as per policy.
Adhere to food safety and quality regulations and gaming rules.
