Pkwy-Marks in Henderson, NV is seeking a bartender to craft drinks and provide friendly, superior service. You will greet guests with a smile, prepare and pour drinks, and assist in serving food as needed.

The role requires 21+ eligibility, excellent customer service, and compliance with health and non-gaming regulations. Past bartending experience and cash-handling skills are preferred, with attention to cleanliness and station upkeep.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older.
Experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Money-handling and cash register experience preferred.
Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM/ACT or equivalent) and Health Card required.
LVMPD Non-Gaming Card required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, providing superior service.
Prepare and pour drinks accurately for guests and cocktail servers.
Efficiently serve food and beverages following service standards.
Set up and break down bar station at start and end of shift.
Restock bar products, garnish trays, and ice bins as needed.
Process transactions accurately and present receipts to guests.
Run food to tables and bus tables as needed.
Keep bar area clean and organized; maintain sanitation standards.
Assist in marketing Lottery and FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest data for marketing.
