Job summary

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional guest service by pouring drinks and crafting cocktails while accurately fulfilling orders from Cocktail Servers.

The ideal candidate will be able to work various shifts, possess bartending experience, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members. The role requires a strong understanding of alcohol awareness and POS systems.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.
Alcohol Awareness card required.
Minimum 1 year of previous bartending experience is preferred.
Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.
Be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
Be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Sincerely greet and thank each guest.
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.
Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including rules for all player card levels.
Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy.
Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using various payment methods.
Complete all shift side work requirements.
Maintain an organized, safe, and comfortable environment.
