Qualifications

• Experience bartending in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service.
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks using recipes.
• Checks guests' IDs to verify age and eligibility to drink.
• Maintains bar stock and cleanliness; assists with inventory and stocking.
• Maintains accurate records of charges and handles cash transactions.
