Qualifications

• Minimum of two years teaching experience.
• Aqua instructor certification required.
• Group Exercise Instructor National Certification required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple formats with multisensory instruction using verbal cues and demonstrations.
• Plan varied, creative classes to ensure constant member engagement.
• Adapt classes to address the needs and desires of each group.
• Create motivating atmosphere with appropriate music and energy.
• Maintain and grow class sizes to meet facility expectations.
