Qualifications

• Preferred previous group exercise teaching experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification or acquisition of CPR/AED certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong desire to work with participants of varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class group exercise experiences in an aquatic setting.
• Assist in education of members on safe exercise techniques.
• Achieve class attendance targets and maintain class schedules.
• Utilize appropriate group exercise platforms for class management.
• Attend semi-annual Group Exercise Team Meetings.

Skills
