Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Dock Agent for Portland International Airport (PDX1). The role coordinates with drivers, warehouse, ramp, and dock personnel to share information and meet tight timelines. You will track inbound/outbound trucks and provide updates as required.

The position requires safety discipline, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with internal and external customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and related operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and daily operational software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to strict safety and security protocols during operations.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo and baggage movements.
• Handle special cargo with care following procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
