Job summary

AlphaBEST Education seeks an energetic Group Leader to support before- and after-school programs in the Windsor/Severance area. You will assist with daily curriculum activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children ages 4+.

You will be part of a team that values inclusion, organization, and positive relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
