Job summary

The University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics seeks an adjunct instructor to teach in one or more of our business administration and/or economics programs. Adjunct appointments are on a course-by-course basis with potential renewal depending on department needs and teaching performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education and experience: Master’s or Ph.D. degree.
• Bachelor’s degree plus extensive work experience may substitute for an advanced degree.
• Experience and interest in training and mentoring young professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging course content in assigned course(s).
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
• Provide at least one scheduled office hour per week for each course.
• Utilize the university’s learning management system to share course information and feedback.
• Evaluate student performance per university policies.
• Stay current with course content developments.
• Participate in periodic college meetings as needed.
