• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an activity or therapy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an activity program that addresses the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address the social, emotional, and physical needs of our residents.
• Plan, organize, and lead activities such as recreational programs, games, and events.
• Recruit and supervise volunteers and assist with scheduling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and vendors to secure resources and services for our residents.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and resident participation.
• Participate in staff development and in-service training.

Education
