Jenkins Auto Group in Venice, FL is seeking an Accessories Sales Manager to drive customer retention and the profitability of this department by recruiting, training, and supervising accessory sales staff. You will ensure the accessory inventory is appraised, reconditioned, displayed, and merchandised according to policy.

The role requires collaboration with Parts and Service to fulfill orders, promote accessories in the service lounge, and maintain strong CRM follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in a commission sales environment.
• Strong math skills with the ability to calculate percentages.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• A professional appearance and customer oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
• Uncovers customers’ wants, needs and desires and offers accessories that satisfy each.
• Promotes accessories and products to customers in the service lounge.
• Cultivates relationships with Parts and Service Departments to ensure order completion.
• Manages CRM follow-ups and ensures consistent customer contact.
• Maintains and analyzes accessory inventory and local market trends for stocking decisions.
• Plans and controls the display of inventory and coordinates delivery procedures.
