Willard Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Middle School Girls Basketball Coach at Willard Middle School to join a dedicated athletics program. The role supports the Head Coach in developing fundamentals, organizing practices, and promoting sportsmanship.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head Girls Coach, coordinate with staff, communicate with athletes and parents, and help supervise events and off-season training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with middle school athletes preferred.
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of basketball fundamentals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices.
• Support game day operations and supervision of events.
• Collaborate with staff to develop player skills and fitness.
• Communicate progress with athletes, parents, and administration.
