Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Follow and implement the teacher's daily lesson plans for core subjects (Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies).
• Classroom Management: Maintain order using the teacher's established rules; manage student transitions between subjects, lunch, and recess.
• Student Supervision: Ensure student safety at all times, including during hallway transitions and dismissal.
• Administrative Tasks: Take accurate attendance and lunch counts; collect completed student work.
• Communication: Leave a detailed end-of-day report for the permanent teacher regarding student progress, behavior, and any incomplete tasks.
