• Major Function: Instructional Presentation – present clear lessons, use understandable language, provide examples, assign achievable tasks, pace effectively, summarize main points.
• Major Function: Instructional Monitoring of Student Performance – monitor progress, use work products to check understanding.
• Major Function: Instructional Feedback – provide timely feedback on in-class and out-of-class work.
• Major Function: Facilitating Instruction – align objectives, learning strategies, and assessments with curriculum goals.
• Major Function: Interacting Within the Educational Environment – treat students fairly, interact well with stakeholders.
• Major Function: Performing Non-Instructional Duties – fulfill other duties as assigned.
