• Develops lesson plans and provides individualized/small-group instruction.
• Communicates with parents outside class via newsletters, notes, calls, conferences.
• Maintains classroom behavior standards for an effective learning environment.
• Evaluates student progress and maintains records; prepares progress reports.
• Plans and coordinates work of aides, parents, and volunteers in classroom and field trips.
• Incorporates technology into lesson plans.
• Maintains ethical behavior and confidentiality.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
