Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Comfort with growth-focused coaching through observations and action planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience teaching in urban environments.
