Qualifications

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Experience in growth-focused coaching with frequent observations and action planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
• Experience working in urban education environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with modification as needed during the year.
