Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Growth-focused coaching with frequent observations and progress planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience in urban school settings.

Responsibilities
