Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience supervising students in diverse settings.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience in an urban environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify during the year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and development.
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and instruction.
• Manage student behavior and create a positive classroom environment.
• Incorporate technology into daily classroom practice to support learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families regarding student growth.
