Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education with an appropriate subject area.
• Hold or be qualified to hold a North Carolina Professional Educator’s License in a teaching content area.
• Desire for a Master’s degree in a specific subject area is preferred.

• Utilizes assessment strategies aligned with WCPSS curriculum to support learner development.
• Maintains effective communication with students, parents, staff and community.
