Job summary

Spruce Mountain Primary School in RSU #73 is seeking a long-term substitute teacher to cover a first-grade class for about 12 weeks starting after Thanksgiving. You will plan engaging, standards-aligned instruction and foster a positive, structured classroom that supports academic, social, and emotional growth.

Candidates should have elementary education experience; fingerprinting/CHRC is required. Teaching certification is preferred but not required.
