Job summary

Arbitration Forums, Inc. is seeking a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Developer to design, build, and enhance a centralized member portal.

You will work with Liferay, Sitecore, and AEM, implementing personalization, secure APIs, and data-driven experiences for members and staff. The role emphasizes collaboration across product, architecture, and governance teams, with cloud hosting on Azure, DevOps practices, and a focus on scalable, secure digital experiences for the organization’s members

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years designing, developing, and supporting DXP/portal solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on with leading DXP platforms: Liferay DXP, Sitecore, AEM.
Experience implementing CMS, personalization, audience segmentation, and analytics.
REST API design and enterprise integrations experience.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, IAM solutions.
Azure, cloud architecture, CI/CD practices, Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
DXP certifications preferred; insurance claims domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support DXP solutions and a centralized member portal.
Configure and administer DXP platforms and portal structures.
Implement personalization, audience segmentation, and journey capabilities.
Develop and maintain secure, scalable APIs and integrations.
Integrate reporting/BI (Power BI) into the member portal.
Define architecture standards, API governance, and best practices.
Ensure secure authentication/identity management and secure coding.
Manage deployments across Dev/QA/UAT/Prod with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive improvement.
