Flexible Scheduling | Up to $15K Sign-On Bonus | Weekend DifferentialLocation : Charlotte, NC

Employment Type : Full-Time or Part-TimeWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to join our medical imaging team. In this vital role, you’ll perform imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs that assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.   • Full-Time – Second Shift :

Saturday & Sunday | 11 : 00 AM – 11 : 30 PM

Compensation & Incentives :

  • Hourly Pay : $28–$38 / hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000
  • Relocation Bonus : Up to $5,000
  • Weekend Differential : Additional $8.00 / hour for any hours worked between Friday 7 : 00 AM – Monday 7 : 30 AM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment (X-ray, CT, MRI)
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout exams
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Accurately document procedures and imaging results
  • Maintain compliance with safety and radiation protocols
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Engage in ongoing training and education

Required Qualifications :

  • ARRT Certification in Radiography (CT preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Proficiency with imaging systems and electronic health records
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if desired
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality patient care

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced training in CT or MRI
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
