Team / Division Overview

The DWS Entity Close team prepares global Head Office financials, including disclosures and statistical forms. The team processes manual journals related to tax and equity transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness through reasonableness checks, trending analysis, and control environment understanding. Structured training will support your development in this role.

Your Responsibilities

As our Regional Finance Analyst, your responsibilities include:

1. Preparing manual journals in S4 Hana or the existing General Ledger platform.
2. Submitting Head Office and quarterly disclosures and statistical forms.
3. Completing Management Review Process (MRP), Balance Sheet Substantiation, sub-ledger reconciliation, and financial comparisons.
4. Providing ad hoc support such as journal postings, investigations, and report preparations.
5. Managing ad hoc requests, stakeholder interactions, and escalations.
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, preferably CPA qualified.
• Experience in accounting, audit, or finance, especially in Financial Services or BPO industry.
• External audit experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous; proficiency in MS Excel is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Motivated, driven, and seeking a challenging role with substantial responsibilities.
