Job Description

Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Business Unit: Warehouse

Department: Plant Operations

Location: North Little Rock, AR

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse staff and operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met, and collaborating with other departments to meet plant goals.

Essential Job Functions
  • Manage warehouse performance, staff, and shipping goals.
  • Resolve shipping and receiving issues.
  • Ensure timely shipping and proper inventory management.
  • Hire, train, and schedule warehouse employees.
  • Enforce facility policies and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate waste management and material stocking.
  • Supervise safety and GMP training.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
  • Lead process improvements and team development.
  • Manage inventory and record-keeping.
  • Handle employee attendance, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain forklift fleet and support plant trials and product samples.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; preferred BA/BS in related field.
  • 3-5 years warehouse experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems like QAD.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Details

Supervises warehouse leads and staff. Some travel required. Rotating schedule: 6pm-6am.
