Our veterinarians are members of the Texas Academy of Veterinarians and one is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.

Texoma Veterinary Hospital is excited to announce that our expansion and remodel are now complete. We are eager to expand our medicine even further with new CT, dentistry suite, special procedure room, and more!

Position Purpose

Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help them be 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.

Externships are typically 2 weeks long, and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed. The length of the externship is flexible, and we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.

2. Must be able to provide student PLIT.
