Job summary

Home Veterinary Services, L.L.C. in Trumbull, CT offers a DVM Student Externship in a full-service clinic housed in a 1918 home.

The program welcomes 1st through 4th year AVMA-accredited veterinary students to gain hands-on experience in routine exams, minor surgeries, dentistry and x-rays from their mobile and brick-and-mortar setup. Externs receive flexible scheduling, paid hours or stipends, future employment preferences, peer coaching with DVMs and technicians, plus 1:1 mentorship and

DVM Student Externship - Home Veterinary Services

• Full-time
• Compensation: up to USD 15 - hourly

Situated across from Trumbull Town Hall in Connecticut's Fairfield County, Home Veterinary Services, L.L.C. is a full service veterinary clinic offering state-of-the-art resources in the comfort of a 1918 home. Dr. Kathleen Fearon started Home Veterinary Services as a house call practice in 2003, offering services such as routine exams, minor surgeries, dentistries and x-rays out of her mobile veterinary clinic. In 2010, she expanded the services she was able to offer by moving her business to a remodeled craftsman style home in Trumbull.
