Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital in Roswell, GA welcomes veterinary student externs from AVMA-accredited programs for hands-on learning in a busy 1.5-doctor small animal practice.

Externs enjoy flexible scheduling, paid externship hours, future employment opportunity preferences, and 1:1 mentorship and guidance as they observe and participate in preventative care, dentistry, surgery, in-house diagnostics, and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
• Compassionate, team player and strong communicator.
• First through fourth year veterinary students seeking to enhance education through real world experiences.

Job description

Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital is a well-established, progressive 1.5 doctor small animal general practice located in Roswell, GA. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including preventative care, surgery, urgent care, dentistry, internal medicine, in-house diagnostics/laboratory, digital full-body and dental radiology, medical and/or vacation boarding. We are proud to be serving the Roswell community for well over 39 years and we are an AAHA affiliated hospital.

Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital is located in Roswell, GA. The proximity to the city allows for easy commuting to Atlanta to enjoy big city dining and entertainment. Fulton county public schools are the fourth largest school system in the state of Georgia, making it an ideal area to raise a family!
