Practice Mission Animal Clinic exists to provide high-quality, comprehensive veterinary care with an emphasis on exceptional patient care, client service, and client education.

We have a strong, tenured support staff and partner with MOVES to offer board-certified surgical options. Our goal is to provide the best preventive, diagnostic, medical, and surgical care while empowering clients to be informed pet owners.

We offer full veterinary services including vaccinations, on-site laboratory testing, dentistry, routine surgeries, radiology, and prescription diets.

Position Purpose

Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program aims to provide veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare them for practice.

Externships typically last 2 weeks, with lodging covered if needed. Duration is flexible, and we support preceptorship documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA-Accredited Veterinary School
• Must be able to provide student PLIT
