Full timeDVM: Associate Veterinarian - Now Hiring + Great Compensation + Flexible Schedules - Crawfordville, FL

A partner hospital in Crawfordville, FL is seeking a dedicated full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate team. This clinic emphasizes a family-like atmosphere, where the team provides personalized, 1-on-1 care for each client. Located just a 25-minute drive from Tallahassee, this practice fosters a strong sense of community both within the clinic and beyond, with monthly outings and team-building events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with trust, respect, and a commitment to the clinic’s mission of compassionate animal care

  • Perform physical exams, diagnostic tests, and surgeries

  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals

  • Prescribe medications and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient’s needs

  • Engage with clients to provide education and recommendations regarding their pets' health

  • Manage a variety of patients and priorities efficiently, maintaining high standards of care

  • Contribute to the development and mentorship of support staff through the clinic's LevelUp training program

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)

  • Active, valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure)

  • Experience in surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and patient care management

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
