A partner veterinary hospital in Upper Marlboro, MD, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. This well-established clinic provides high-quality care to pets and their families, focusing on medical and surgical excellence.

Ideal Candidate:
The clinic is looking for an individual who is passionate about veterinary medicine, eager to learn, and dedicated to making a positive impact on animal care in the community. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and be licensed to practice in the state of Maryland. This role is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, with special consideration given to new graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals
  • Prescribe medications and provide medical advice to pet owners
  • Perform surgeries and other medical procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the best possible care for animals
