A partner hospital in Stockton, CA is seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate and collaborative team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical care to patients, including diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries.
  • Perform wellness exams and preventive care, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding health concerns, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional patient care and to support the clinic’s growth.
  • Stay current with the latest veterinary practices and provide guidance to junior staff.

Ideal Candidate:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Active license or eligibility to practice in California.
  • At least one year of experience in a veterinary practice is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Compassionate, dedicated to high-quality care, and eager to contribute to the success of the clinic.
  • Interest in professional development and a passion for animal welfare.
