A well-established partner hospital in Montgomery, Texas, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its growing, multi-doctor team. This clinic offers a supportive, close-knit environment where veterinarians can thrive—professionally and personally. With access to advanced equipment and a diverse caseload including exotics, this is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian eager to deliver outstanding care and build lasting client relationships.
Comprehensive Care: Perform exams, diagnostics, and treatment for traditional small animals and exotic species
Surgical Procedures: Conduct surgeries and other in-clinic procedures with high-quality standards and equipment
Client Communication: Build trust through transparent client education and personalized treatment plans
Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical team members and leadership to ensure seamless, top-tier care
Mentorship & Development: Participate in and contribute to the clinic’s LevelUp training program for continuous team growth
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)
Texas veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one)
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
Team-oriented with a passion for client education and collaboration
Multi-Doctor Team: Work alongside experienced veterinarians in a collaborative setting
Advanced Tools: Cold/therapy lasers, digital diagnostics, and more
Exotic Medicine: Care for birds, reptiles, and small mammals (experience not required)
