???? Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Care: Perform exams, diagnostics, and treatment for traditional small animals and exotic species

  • Surgical Procedures: Conduct surgeries and other in-clinic procedures with high-quality standards and equipment

  • Client Communication: Build trust through transparent client education and personalized treatment plans

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with clinical team members and leadership to ensure seamless, top-tier care

  • Mentorship & Development: Participate in and contribute to the clinic’s LevelUp training program for continuous team growth

Qualifications:
  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)

  • Texas veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong surgical and diagnostic skills

  • Team-oriented with a passion for client education and collaboration
