A partner veterinary practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team in Canton, IL. This clinic is a full-service small animal facility, with limited equine and bovine services. The practice is expanding and looking to add a third veterinarian to its talented team.
Ideal Candidate:
The clinic values individuals who are passionate about veterinary medicine, eager to learn, and committed to making a positive impact on animal care in the community. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and be licensed to practice in Illinois. They should have experience in general practice, with a keen interest in expanding their skills in various veterinary services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for small animals
  • Perform routine procedures, including dental cleanings, vaccinations, and wellness exams
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible care for all patients
  • Utilize in-house laboratory equipment, digital X-ray, and ultrasound capabilities
