Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relationship-based veterinary care, building strong bonds with patients and clients

  • Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care

  • Participate in the hospital’s internal LevelUp staff training program, fostering team growth and development

  • Manage a diverse caseload including wellness exams, surgeries, and medical appointments

  • Serve as a compassionate resource to clients, supporting pet health and wellness in the Tampa community

Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements:
  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)

  • Active veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain one) in the state of Florida

  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing top-tier veterinary care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
