Full time DVM: Associate Veterinarian - Exciting Opportunity + Sign-On Bonus - Statesville, NC
A reputable partner hospital in Statesville, NC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This progressive practice is equipped with modern technology, including ultrasound, digital x-rays, endoscopy, and full in-house labs. They provide top-tier care for a diverse range of animals, from dogs and cats to pocket pets and exotics. The practice is committed to maintaining a Fear-Free environment while building strong relationships with patients, clients, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate and relationship-based care to both patients and clients
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership to provide the best veterinary care possible
  • Build lasting relationships with clients within the practice and the Statesville community
  • Support the professional growth of support staff through the internal LevelUp training program
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active veterinary license in good standing to practice in North Carolina (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • Comfort with a variety of veterinary tasks, including surgery, diagnostics, and patient care
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team care
