AzVMA invites veterinarians to join a woman-owned hospital near Ogden, UT, for hands-on mentorship in minimally invasive surgery, endoscopy, advanced dentistry, and emergency medicine. Our team emphasizes learning, innovation, and exceptional patient care with access to laparoscopy, endoscopy, LigaSure, ultrasound, and digital dental radiography.

Formación

• DVM or equivalent with Utah licensure eligibility.

Minimally Invasive Surgery and/or Dentistry Mentorship Available

Have you always wanted to learn minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery, flexible and rigid endoscopy, advanced dentistry, and emergency medicine? Join our independent, woman-owned hospital where mentorship, innovation, and exceptional patient care are part of our everyday practice.

Our highly trained technicians allow veterinarians to focus on what they love-diagnosing, performing surgery, and practicing medicine. We believe in investing in our doctors through hands‑on training, advanced technology, and continuing education.

Our hospital is equipped with laparoscopy, endoscopy, LigaSure, ultrasound, digital dental radiography and orthopedic surgical equipment. Other procedures we routinely perform are advanced dental procedures (ex. root canals, vital pulp therapy, metal crowns, orthodontic devices) and minimally invasive sterilization by laparoscopy.

Enjoy a diverse caseload that includes emergency and urgent care during business hours, with nearby specialty referral centers providing support-so you can enjoy challenging medicine without overnight emergency duty.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree with eligibility for licensure in Utah
• New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in internal medicine, surgery, and emergency/urgent care
• Enthusiasm for learning advanced procedures, including minimally invasive surgery, endoscopy, and advanced dentistry
• Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine
