Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Experience providing treatment to victims of domestic violence preferred.
• Minimum of one-year therapy experience in outpatient or in-home setting; DSM-5 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct regular appointments with clients
• Conduct individual, family, couples, and group sessions
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
• Record and maintain intake forms, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and inventories
• Collaborate with outside agencies to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain confidentiality and stay compliant with licenses
• Participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings
• Assist with outreach efforts
