The Duty Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for passengers, staff, and airline partners. This position involves managing operational issues, responding to emergencies, and making real-time decisions to maintain operational flow and safety. The Duty Manager liaises with various departments, including security, customer service, and ground handling, to coordinate efforts and address any challenges that arise. Also, you are responsible for monitoring compliance with airport regulations and standards, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
