As a Dutch Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be the go-to contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions will significantly enhance our customers\' satisfaction and engagement with our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding e-commerce support to Dutch-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone communications.
  • Troubleshoot and effectively resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, and product information.
  • Guide customers through the online shopping process, assisting them as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to continually improve our services.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational processes and share best practices for customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and industry developments.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong customer service skills and a focus on resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience in e-commerce support or a related customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Technical proficiency to navigate online platforms and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting.
