Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
  • Provide assistance to content creators regarding platform features and services
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer management system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback
  • Offer guidance on best practices for content creation and audience engagement
  • Participate in training sessions to keep updated on platform updates and features
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally within the online or creative industries
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Familiarity with online content creation and digital media platforms is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using customer support tools and technologies
