Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Automotive Support Advisor to assist Mercedes-Benz customers, answering questions, guiding through technical issues, and delivering clear solutions by phone, email, or chat. You will use your Dutch and English skills to support a global client base.

You will receive full training and relocation support to Greece, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and very good English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in cars, technology, or digital services.
• Comfortable using computers and different systems.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers of Mercedes-Benz by answering questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Guide customers through technical issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Deliver accurate information and troubleshoot customer concerns.
• Work with various systems and tools; maintain high service quality.

The Role

As a Dutch-speaking Automotive Support Advisor, you’ll help customers get the most out of their vehicles and connected services. You’ll answer questions, guide customers through technical issues, and provide clear, practical solutions by phone, email, or chat.

You’ll receive full training, so you can build your knowledge and confidence before handling customer enquiries independently.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and very good English
