In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch-speaking clientele, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer service in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
  • Accurately document customer interactions to support quality improvement and training efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and overcome challenges.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of the products and services we offer.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
